I am still in alot of pain with my back and hips. I have an appointment with a DR. at iSpine on 7/16/25. I hope to get some answers and relief. It's painful & difficult to walk any distance, turning, bending, and sometimes even sitting. Tylenol helps a little and I have Flexeril which I take at night because it makes me sleepy. I am praying for all our LH family and all on the prayer list too.
